to buy or not to buy

Had hoped there would have been some indication that buyers without rights might push the price up a little - but no sign of it happening.

I believe there is some good upside to this stock but at a risk. Unfortunately other stocks with US exposure like CER and CQO (Formerly MOF) are trading at only about 60% of NTA. I know they are different cases and in the case of CQO in the office area not retail, but it still gives a warning that MDT may also dwell at around 50% NTA until either it or the US picks up.

Worth buying at 5.5? Not sure.
