to buy or not to buy

Hi All,

I currently hold a lot of O&G spec stocks, however
I do not hold any MEO. This stock is new to me, I have just had a quick scim through the annual report and a few other announcments.

Just wants peoples views, apparently a well is due to be drilled by the years end, is this already happening? I read somewhere it has been spudded however not sure how old this article was.

not been lazy, happy to do my own research when I get home, just limited to what I can access at work.
