Stripping costs are high, partly because of the high strip ratios.

They also aren't included in cash costs - they are capitalised and amortized over ounces mined (in C3) costs. This means reducing them won't affect the cash cost everyone seems really concerned with.

I stay in because POG is good, margins are still healthy and the ground has the potential to throw up some more +2g/t years...
