Construction started in early 2011. Power is expected to be generated from the new power station in the first half of 2012.
Now I realise that a full power station verses putting in an add-on should not have the same time frames but the common party here is Horizon...
I would say that Horizon's focus is getting the new station up and running - so despite my disappointment of not having the PB earning money I am prepared to accept some of the delays might be attributed to Horizon - but certainly not due to malice.
