last night was a big vote on the usd. like it or not that's what it was. i hold no gold but saw the expectation of the fall only hours before and wrote so here on hc. see in amongst my few posts past day or so. i was very surprised by the fall tho. even so we did have a lot of hype in gold recently so there was the tendency for punters and traders to bail on any hesitation in the price going forward.

the falls were less in other curencies. gold doing what it's supposed to do.
