I have to say I agree with trading wizard.

Dave did say that the Directors " will individually invest to the maximum extent possible, bearing in mind their personal financial capacity to do so and normal prudential considerations regarding balanced risk-weighted portfolio investment."

This is "legal speak" for "sorry the directors can't invest because they have no money." If they wanted to encourage share holders to take up the SPP they should make a statement "All directors will invest to their full allocation" or just submit the directors buying reports. It's $15,000 for god's sake!!

There is money to be made everywhere, why would someone invest in a company where the directors (who know far more than you or I about the company) aren't going to invest.
