I have just sent this email to Dave. Doubt he will reply to it, but the directors not disclosing their intentions needs addressing, otherwise very few will take up any of their entitlement.

I have read the announcement and must admit to being bitterly disappointed that the directors will not come out and say how many shares they will be applying for.

This does not look good at all. If they wont support the company with their own money, how can they expect long term holders like myself to add more funds
to an already disastrous holding ?

With the share price hovering around the offer, I really can't see that it is going to be worth it, even if this means the lack of support means bankruptcy for the company.
Many are already holding vast amounts of shares that are basically worthless.

I doubt very much that you will answer this message on the website, but I can assure you that I am not the only one bewildered by the directors lack of disclosure regarding
