Hi Maverick, what I meant by the phrase 'having said that' was:
having said that [and explained that] Buckleys Chance is measurably greater than none at all; thus I am saying that DLS may well have a slight chance of completing a TO of TDO, but I do think a sweetener is needed ... etc
I suppose the point I wanted to make was that most people nowadays, and wrongly I think, use the saying "he's got Buckleys Chance" to indicate that "he's got No Chance at all".
