The share has been trading sub 2 cents for the last couple of years, due to bad management.

The new MD will push this share upwards in a hurry.

My guess is that Tox will move up to the mid 4's in the next week, consolidate, then test 5.8.

I am only looking at where it came from ages ago, so you could say it is guesswork at this stage, as there is no current data to go on that would suggest anything.
