"a" means there has been a project under consideration and in negotiation stage. That's why the board already considering the way to acquire this project. "by debt funding" indicates the high development level of the project, what kind of project can be accepted by bank? Must be very close to or already in production.

Read the ANN carefully then you will understand some underlying meanings, like the board already stated: will report these progress.

40m shares, anyone hold 15% of a company will dedicate to future growth, this is common sense.

"a" and "some" will be discussed in upcoming AGM, you just wait plz.
