You were the one who posted that you had sold NSP at 8c right here on the HOG forum, selling at the very same time as you were posting positives (like your ludicrous 20c pseudo prediction for HOG by March) and a "Buy" on HC.

If you believe legal action is appropriate, then away you go.

If you have already taken legal advice, then you'll realise how expensive it is and that there's nothing in anything I have posted. If you have not, go throw some money at the lawyers. They'll love you coming with an angry cheque book.
