I like the look of Greg Smith - the Independant Technical director. He has had lots of success with Moto Gold Mines, Elemental Minerals and Lindian Resources. Been in the industry for 40+ years, should know a thing or two by now. I think investing now is almost a 'free' bet on whether he can do it again for Delecta - if you look at the market cap, the Calvista business, the EUR stake and the cash on hand you aren't really paying anything for the project. The raise is being done at the equivalent of 0.8c now but retail investors won't be involved in that. Not a worry - we can buy in at 0.8c on market at the moment! Any other thoughts?
