The top 20 are all nominee accounts, there are no instos holding in their own right
88e would have been better off with the level of scrutiny a significant institutional investor would provide, someone with the clout to effectively hold their feet to the fire over the decisions made over the years.
Nominees are generally collectivized holdings of many smaller investors, just holding accounts for the brokers and investors convenience
To date the oil-in-place volume is estimated at 23 billion barrels, page-78
