I'd say over the past 3 years, it looks like SDL shareholders have been selling their shares. This opinion is due to the SP falling from 35c to 1.2c in that time period.
If you really want your answer about what's been happening to SDL, take a step back and look at the bigger picture over a longer period of time, rather than focusing on one day's trading. IMO this will allow you to assess the trend, rather than be bogged down by daily minutia that's not all that important.
