I agree with you Rosco. If I had millions in the bank, would I go to that same bank and borrow some money....at a dilution of my assets?
TNG seems to have everything........assets in the billions.....purchasers on the board (Chinese)...friends with money......and solid shareholders. Have no doubt there are people on the sidelines waiting to jump in.
Even if there is a share placement...with this management I would think that shareholders would benefit even from that.
