your forgeting BSM for which INL hold 24% cuurently has a JV with Zinifex for their huge high grade zinc at que river.
Chances are if Zinifex wants to progress the JV if they hit the goods INL will be involved as they have processing plants on site. (to produce concentrate at least) t can be expanded.
the big bonus is reall that tassie is a long way from anywhere so technically it is cheaper to send concentrate rather than dirt.
