to double tantalum production

GIP has just announced that tantalum production at the Abu Dabbab tantalum project will be double that previously announced. GIP believes it is on target to become the world's largest and cheapest tantalum producer (an ambition bound to ruffle feathers at SGW). GIP already had off-take agreements in place for its forecast tantalum production but should now be able to seek prospective customers for the additional product.

The BFS is due in July and if these figures confirm the excellent prospects of the development, expect to see this low cap explorer leap into the big time. Until the BFS confirms the story however, prospective investors should view the project as high risk / high reward. I believe the potential gains far outweigh the downside risk but each to his/her own risk appetite.
