Not only that, but I believe I'm correct in saying that this update providing technical details of the MPM-NLWS contract is the update that Lee promised a few months back when he said he was just waiting for the approvals to come through so he could update shareholders.
Why?
Because he specifically says, "I can now provide some more detail on this project."
To my way of thinking, that's the all-clear from up on Mt Olympus, which in itself is hugely significant. They wouldn't let him do it if....it wasn't going anywhere?
