It will be another backdoor lsiting or placement that will end up with heaps of shares being issuesd that will water down the value of existing shareholders.
Having said this that would go agianst the mangaing directors agreement where he would be looking to add value to his share/options. So at the end of the day I know nothin, just sit and wait and see what happens.
