re: to retain 70-80% interest in valhalla I wrote to RSG about the U spin and Goldbelt about a month ago. I was surprised when P Sullivan himself replied and said the "proposal we have now" is to distribute the shares to existing shareholders. Unfortunately, it doesn't look that way now. Bummer.
