    This is a no brainer. Tech stocks in USA are going crazy. Australia is always behind what happens in the US. This stock has technology no one else has. Why would directors of PRA even bother. They want to make millions like the directors of AZK. Remember WA is a closed shop everyone knows everyone else and info travels fast between the movers and shakers.
