do you honestly think AF and Co who control the BOD and the share register the last 10 years will sell & flip POS for sub 10c?
Do you think AF will do another AGO on us and sell a strategic asset for a paltry 10% margin of $5M?
Zeb says AFs break even is 6.8c, he wouldnt consider sub 20c IMHO

If they were going to flip it AF would NOT have in 1 hour called his broker and ordered $600k of cash buying of POS shares on market at 5.5c when the BMM bid was revealed and then in days responded with a classic poison pill defence of massive dilution at a cheap price for friendly & trustee holders with 19.9% flipped to the hostile bidder BMM also (peace gesture).

AF took 19.7%
CI raised to 50M shares
the BOD inc RD took up ALL their allocation of rights shares
the shortfall was taken up by prior friendly INSTOs and well known swiss bankers
CS UBS/LOAME - new group of swiss bankers, known relations with AF in the past
HSBC BNP CITI JPM NN- the latter group all taking shares at 18.0c CR back in 2014
This latter group of top 20 holders all averaged down from 18c to around 9c-11c so they are still well down on POS.

The BOD have 3 -1 vote count with Paganin acting for BMM
The share register is for the last 10 years and recently stacked with AF loyalists & proxies IMHO.
If BMM thought they could take POS over then they have to make their 2nd bid move in the next 1-2 months as the NP may start spiking and the drill results for the new nova will start coming in.

Much easier to TO and bid at 6.0c when the SP is at 4.3c
Much harder to TO and bid at 10c when the SP is 12c+

As for a 50c bid, we saw yanks Abermarle stump up $1.5B cash for a 50% interest in MINs Li JV.

POS is a Ni high grade production powerhouse sitting underfunded & fallow for years, Not for long
Dennis told us at the AGM
"abi rose is an extending intrusive deposit & I support NHs view on it" HINT HINT
"the plants are in very good condition" HINT HINT!
"Squadron fully supports the BOD" HINT HINT!
"I dont know of BMMs intentions" HINT HINT

BMM would have to bid now or never ,
as once in 2019 the NP rises and the new nova or more super high grade hits are revealed and SP takes off then they got no chance in hell.
