no way. Smart companies will preserve cash and tighten belts. CL1 - Oil just hitting new lows again in NY, Now trading at 32.19 - lowest since 2003.
At this rate we will break through the US$30 barrier within the next few days.
Expecting a nasty night in US, and all eyes will be on China once again.
