nhr will be associated with one of the worlds best known brands 'CATERPILLAR'

nhr small hire mkt share of approx 3.5% but should change once the new caterpillar range of products are released for hire from 1/4/04

anticipate significant eps and npat growth with npat
moving towards $1m plus & possible return to dividends being paid either late next year

purchase of ah plant hire from nlx sometime ths year to ramp up earnings even more would not surprise in the least!

board mgmt has totally been changed for the better(but i would have kept on mr kelsey) and they will provide committed leadership utilizing arl/nlx and westrac work experience and more importantly access to capital (because its a capital intensive business) to maintain and improve both margins & market share
