    Now that is very interesting re Congo. I just wonder whether there could be the possibility for an early start up re Nabeba if there will be a major need for Steel for the rebuild. Need to look at the map re proximities for transport optIons but maybe something in it. Suspect not but it sure doesnt need port facilities or 500 km of rail.
