    I think they are focusing on getting the Mbalam pit up and running first before they consider the congo...

    But having said that there is a lot of change occuring in Africa, and IO is required to build new infrastructure. I dont think there are many steel mills in africa. the only one that comes to mind is in nigeria but it is not a major producer..Nigeria is located right above Cameroon...
