1511 [Dow Jones] Computershare (CPU.AU), up 7 cents at A$6.06, "should rise to
A$6.55 in coming days," says David Rogers, technical analyst at Tolhurst Noall,
after CPU broke resistance from a bullish pennant on June 8 and then was supported by
"steep daily uptrend line at A$5.77." Adds that a bullish pennant triggered on
May 18 "calls for a rise toward the February peak at A$6.63, but there's major
Fibonacci resistance at A$6.65." Recommends speculators buy on dips to uptrend
around A$5.90 or on break of double top resistance at A$6.07. While regulatory approval
of EquiServe purchase viewed as strong positive, brokers appear unwilling to upgrade
forecasts while execution risks of purchase remain.
