Could you and the other Independent Members of the Board make a Public Statement regarding DOMACOM's CEO's Press Release Today about Domacoms intent to borrow USD Funds in order to obtain a financial arbitrage with reference to the USD and AUD interest Rates. In which the CEO apparently decribes the proposal as " Money for Jam." ( refer todays article in Stock Head. Com. Au and previous postings on this site).https://unauthorised investment advice/tech/its-been-great-for-us-asx-fintechs-are-benefiting-from-the-banking-crisis/
It seems paramount that if the Board is across this proposal then the Board has addressed the associated risks and is cognisant of any subsequent outcomes that may flow from this initiative.
