IMHO market is worry about MOL will spend money on new copper/gold project that get nowhere and waste all the money way.
At moment copper and gold prices are down... most mines will not be profitable. And MOL is too small to buy profitable ones like Sandfire SFR.
If MOL announces return on capital i.e. return all $80m to share holders and sell Moly to Hanlong for tiny price, then sp will move to 21c straight away.
I think MOL is better off to wind up the company like Murchison MMX. MMX returned $320m to holders after sold their Midwest project.
