For me the reason to hold, in this shallow period of news, is this is the predictable zone where takeover is written all over CVN, the asset at this price (or lower) has to trigger real interest. Perfect time in the next 9 months to grab CVN, prolonged period of low news, shareholders getting antsy.
The next announcement to trigger major rerate reasonably rapidly, Buffalo partner and firm drill schedule, some news leak before, will probably move share price before early next year... More abruptly, little pre-signal ... Takeover.
