I recommend not talking to, or about, the troll(s). Doing so simply makes us look like a bunch of politicians in parliament, which is not what we want these forums to devolve into. Continuing to talk to, or about, them simply exacerbates the amount of crap we must filter through to get to some half useful posts.

Agreements with companies take time, especially when we are weighing up several options. I would not expect to hear anything until late calendar Q1 next year, though it'd be nice to see a January or early February announce of some sort. I'm not holding my breath for anything before Christmas.

I would vote against such a low ball offer, but in the absence of any offer thereafter I can see it getting through should it present itself, as many investors have traded this one for short term gain.
