Banoos, IMO,news on a new rig will only come out in four weeks, after the state agreement has been ratified and becomes legal.

Debate was adjourned, pursuant to standing orders. Due to lengthy deliberations on other matters, the bill was not further debated in the Council yesterday and is now scheduled to be before the Council on 11.June.
I assume it will pass and become a legal Act of Parliament a week later.
