In this interview he said he was there to discuss, among other things, the acquisition of JPP land with the Aboriginal People. He said that they hope to make a decision on proceeding with the acquisition in the next couple of weeks.

He was not specific about what the land would be used for, other than that it might be used as a port which could function as a supply base for Browse development, or maybe a smaller scale domgas facility (for offshore gas).

Is it possible that he hopes to develop a domgas facility for the onshore gas and/or to develop an export facility for the Ungani oil?

It's worth listening to this interview, but he doesn't really give much away.
