Excellent questions - and part of the reason I baled out of TOX at 2.25 quite some time ago, having been a holder since back when it was 1.8c in the old money before the consolidation.
The other reasons were based on the TA - the chart looks awful, and has done for some time, with no signs of imminent turnaround in terms of capital gain.
The divvies were a good start, but a pittance for the amount I'd had invested in TOX for so long (I was sitting only a place or two below the Top 20 at one stage). So I baled out, but as would be obvious from this reply, I continue to monitor TOX on the forums, on its charts, and on its announcements.
At the moment, though, I don't see any compelling reasons to be buying back in, or in your case, to partake in the SPP. I suspect it will dip below $2 again in the not-too-distant future, so would be cheaper just to buy some more on market.
