11m raised, to be spent on 436k (add payroll tax to that as well) for new CEO, and to pay the 15% interest for loan facilities announced only last week from Hong Kong, cost money to hedge against currency exposure (bet they get caught there). What is this company doing? A sell IMO, this company seems to be lacking basic financing skills.
