I sighted your question in regards to plantions and going it as non MIS,Yes been at it for a while to get what is of value and no we at IWC will not issue shares.
The concept is buying the land with trees called a unit,how big that is depends how many can stretch the budget.

Also the value adding besides trees ,if you have read THe Law Acts statements,then you will see how as us investors on our own will succeed,it will not be a short term deal and once again lorax is good on the future of trees and the land
