Yeh, Nothing like getting a good old fashioned shafting from the mongolian government. Boy I tell you, I wouldn't even for a minute contemplate investing in what I would call a very high risk (jurisditional wise) project. Uranium investing is tricky enough to get it right, no need to increase the odds of uncertainty.

Over the last month I have noticed a lot of new investors entering into Pen. I have posted this before but for any of the newbies that would be interested, here's the latest Fraser intitute report on what the miners themselves think where the best places are to mine in. The Fraser Institute Annual Survey of Mining Companies

Policy potential index(PPI): A “report card” to governments on
the attractiveness of their mining policies. The survey now includes 71 jurisdictions, from all continents except
Antarctica.

Of particular note, Wyoming has moved up to 2nd now.

Here's a snippet that caught my attention

"Wyoming has been on a
dramatic path of improvement, moving into the number 2 spot this year from 22nd place as recently as the
2005/06 survey."

At least it would seem we are in the right spot!!
