Should have cut to the chase a bit sooner, I know. But the fact that to me it's obvious that we have a modicum of Free Will I thought we could speak about it without dragging G.d and the human spirit into it. I said that I think that free will is overstated not that a modicum of Free Will doesn't exist.
I don't know how you could have discussed free will without "dragging" in the human spirit in view of your stated belief: Free Will only exists if the human spirit exists.
The fact that most of what we post is essentially predictable, to me says that free will is overstated.
