    Yes.

    Chemical changes altering consciousness is definitive.

    Yes.

    Chemical changes altering consciousness is definitive.

    Lesions transforming personality, thought and action is definitive.

    Yes.

    And that's not a full list definitive brain conditions.

    That's right.

    With all that, it isn't definitive that there is no free will.

    Being free will is the capacity of agents to choose between different possible courses of action unimpeded. Free will is closely linked to the concepts of moral responsibility, praise, guilt, sin, and other judgements which apply only to actions that are freely chosen.

    I get that you know as fact there isn't.
