Near death experiences provide a reasonable level of evidence, since they're all pretty much the same. They're same-ish regardless of religious affiliation or culture.
The other evidence is people who remember past lives. Some have collected the info and tracked down people who were parents or friends from previous incarnations.
Overall I'd say it's quite plausible that we get reborn in different bodies until we find out who we are in essence.
