PRIMA BIOMED TO LIST ON NASDAQ ON APRIL 16
Australian healthcare company Prima BioMed Ltd (ASX: PRR, NASDAQ:PBMD) (Prima) is pleased to announce that it will commence trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market (NASDAQ) of American Depositary Receipts (ADR), on Monday, April 16, 2012 U.S. Eastern Time.
Upon listing on the NASDAQ, the Company will have dual listings of its securities on both the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and NASDAQ.
Every one ADR will represent 30 ordinary fully paid shares. Prima’s NASDAQ listing is a Level II ADR compliance listing, and will be managed by Bank of New York Mellon.
Bank of New York Mellon will be Prima’s deposit agent for converting the Company’s common shares into ADRs. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Noble Financial Capital Markets and Aegis Capital are market makers for Prima in the United States.
A registration statement relating to the ADR’s has been filed with, and declared effective by, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
