Regarding P1,

They've been proclaiming they're going list for the last two or so years...

One question that is noteworthy is, how have they been turning over revenue all this time?

Or better yet, have they been turning over revenue all this time, and if not, why not?

Listing is one thing...but there really shouldn't be any excuse for them not to be generating revenue these last few years, is there? It's not as though they're merely seeking a CR to accommodate for certain people affiliated with the entity that are undisclosed.... LOL
