I can't answer your question, but shouldn't P1 have been issuing reports to its shareholders?

Don't unlisted companies, with shareholders, have to make reports to their shareholders and hold AGMs? Have any deluded GCN posters, who were given P1 shares, heard anything at all from P1?

And why do we have any reason whatsoever to believe P1 is even trying to list by the end of this year? Quite the contrary. Their home page at www.p1card.com still offers the failed prospectus issued early this year!
