1 . That made up fairytale property value was independently assessed.
- CTO didn't make up that fairytale - some crowd called Sandercock if my memory serves me right (see the last annual report) independently assessed it.
2. CTO can actually mortgage those fairy tale properties, including the many mining leases it holds, and borrow against them - if it so chooses.
(I qualify here - i don't know what its chances to borrow at this stage would be, given the negative cash flow - but later on it when there is hopefully positive cashflow, CTO has the potential to mortgage them and borrow against them to their maximum value).
So we are not talking fairytales - we are talking about real values here.
