Vendor Im with you on this...and as you say it reflects the market cap. They have 30 million in the bank and have the largest tenement holding of any company in Aussie as far as U308 is concerned.
They also have PDN as the largest shareholder with neighbouring U projects in Namibia which from memeory when I did my research over 12 months ago and under the RUN (reptile) subsidery etc they have potentially more U308 resource than PDN so im happy at the moment and prepared to wait. I also think DYL will be back over 20c very soon
