quite solidly agree with this Wanganella.... why wasn't she able to raise funds without going into debt to a Russia bank? why wouldn't French banks lend to her org?
could it possibly be that they didn't think her books were in order? did they assess the risk too high? was she unable to raise adequate funding from her donation base of right wingtippers?
