Dion. Spot on, although I think Customers management do play a big part in the decision making. After all they owned 100% of CAL before diluting down to 39%. What really intrigues me though is the deal that has been done to vote against Tianjin going into Fintronics and instead put it into CAL. Someone has been shafted...either the shareholders of Fintronics OR the shareholders of CAL ie us!! I just don't know which!!
