While I appreciate and even share some of the positive sentiment around JP, and I want to be clear that I hold no personal animosity towards management, it’s important we don’t ignore the reality many of us long-term shareholders are facing.

Over the past 2.5 years, long-term investors, many of whom have shown consistent support for the company—have been dragged through the mud.

We've stuck with GLN, averaged up in good faith, and continued to believe in the broader vision, and now, many of us are deeply underwater.To suggest that expressing frustration or holding management accountable for what are clearly questionable decisions is somehow unfair misses the point entirely.

Shareholders have every right to voice concerns, especially when those concerns stem from actions that have resulted in significant dilution and destruction of shareholder value.I’ve personally reached out to the company on several occasions to raise these issues, particularly around dilution and was met with nothing but silence or dismissive responses. That lack of transparency and engagement is disappointing, to say the least.

This isn’t about spreading negativity for the sake of it. It’s about standing up for shareholders who have been sidelined and are still waiting for meaningful communication and accountability from management.

I can understand JP has dedicated his life to the project, but that also means he has blinders on and doesn't make him immune to criticism when blind freddy could have seen some of these issues coming.
