True, but only after she found out what the proxy votes were saying. No before. And a resignation is better for/in any Director's CVI's than a sacking.
Sad that she was made to leave, but true. Pity that someone else wasn't made to leave but consider the backlash they got with that Remuneration Resolution which told you what the investors are thinking about this show and in the way it has been run.
Close to 72% is not something any Director worth his/hers salt would want to write home about it.
I wonder if it was a record in the history of any ASX listed Coy. Just asking, but it was a real show of disappointment IMO.
