    The last time we had a $0.038 closing price we got an after hours announcement.

    IMO, it will happen again.

    It looks like the key for investors in QBL is to know that the current directors use the same play book every time and I think I've learnt all their moves.

    Change is going to happen, even if I have to trade my way to 5% myself.
